Our original. Bananas taken past ripe on purpose, folded into a batter that bakes dense and stays moist for days. This is the loaf that started the standing orders.

Made with gluten-free flour — no wheat at all. Please note our kitchen also handles wheat, so this is not suitable for severe coeliac allergy.

Sugar-free option: no sugar of any kind — sweetness comes only from the fruit and nuts in the loaf, plus stevia. Suitable for diabetics.
