Gluten-Free Dates & Banana Bread Loaf

The banana loaf with chopped dates worked through it — more caramel, more chew, and sweet enough that most people don't reach for anything else. A favourite with afternoon tea.

Made with gluten-free flour — no wheat at all. Please note our kitchen also handles wheat, so this is not suitable for severe coeliac allergy.

Sugar-free option: no sugar of any kind — sweetness comes only from the fruit and nuts in the loaf, plus stevia. Suitable for diabetics.
