Cocoa in the batter and chocolate through the crumb, still built on the same ripe-banana base. Rich without tipping over into cake.

Made with gluten-free flour — no wheat at all. Please note our kitchen also handles wheat, so this is not suitable for severe coeliac allergy.

Sugar-free option: no sugar of any kind — sweetness comes only from the fruit and nuts in the loaf, plus stevia. Suitable for diabetics.
